In 2007, Alloua embarked on a new chapter of her life, leaving behind her home country, Ivory Coast, and moving to America with a dream in her heart. Her journey in this new land began with a humble yet profound step—enrolling in a nurse assistant class. This first job, working in a nursing home and assisted living facility, would shape her destiny and uncover a calling that she hadn’t yet realized.
For six years, Alloua dedicated herself to the care of the elderly, tending to their needs with a heart full of love. It was during this time, while caring for a lady in Westlake, TX, that a powerful realization took root in her heart. The Lord placed a desire within her—to be a servant to others, especially those who are most in need. This was not just a job for Alloua; it was a calling, a divine mission to spread love and provide support in the deepest, most compassionate way possible.
One experience that deeply impacted Alloua involved a lady residing in a prestigious 5-star nursing home. Despite the luxurious surroundings and high-quality care, this woman never received the one-on-one attention she longed for—simple things like having the lights turned off at the right time. This experience highlighted for Alloua a profound truth: that true care is not measured by luxury or expense but by the depth of compassion and the personal connection between caregiver and client.
Alloua’s faith is at the center of everything she does. Inspired by her relationship with Christ, she has devoted her life to helping others in the same way He did—through love, care, and unwavering support.
